Home Exercise Guide,
Nutrition & Rehab Series

Table of Contents

This is a series of home exercise and nutrition guides. It has been proven that exercise and nutrition are two of the main factors that you can control for a healthy lifestyle. Many people do not know how to start an exercise program or how to progress. There are hundreds of pictures for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise programs, as well as equipment needed and nutritional guidelines.

In addition, there are several books on specific diseases with exercise benefits and precautions including cardiac, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, respiratory and breast cancer.  These books may also include more information such as descriptions, disease process, treatments and medictions.

You should always consult with your doctor before starting an exercise routine and physical therapy to get you started, especially if you are new to exercising.  The information on this site and in my books do not substitute orders from your doctor and licensed health team.
