This is a series of home exercises and worksheets. It has been proven that exercise and nutrition are two of the main factors that you can control for a healthy lifestyle.

Many people do not know how to start an exercise program or how to progress. There are hundreds of pictures for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise programs, as well as equipment needed and self tests.

In addition, there are several books on specific diseases with exercise benefits and precautions including cardiac, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, respiratory and breast cancer.  These books may also include more information such as descriptions, disease process, treatments and medictions.

It is recommended that if you’re new to exercising or have pre-existing health concerns, you should consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Those with a diagnosis of diabetes, pre-diabetes or metabolic disorders.

As shown throughout this book, exercise can help with endurance, muscle strengthening and flexibility.

This book is for:
Those with a history of heart disease, stroke or attending cardiac rehab to be used in conjunction with the physician or other health care provider and/or physical therapist recommendations.
